Refund Policy

Free trial and refunds

Every SurelyUp plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed, so you can try everything before paying.

If you're not happy after your first payment, email support@surelyup.com within 14 days of that payment and we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

After that, payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel any time from your Billing page and you won't be charged again. Where the law in your country gives you further refund rights, those rights aren't affected.

How refunds are paid

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
