Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your email address, a hashed password, the website URLs you add, and the results of checks on those websites. Payment details are collected and stored by Paddle, not by us.
If you use the early access or contact form on our website, we receive the details you enter (your email, and optionally your name, websites and message) by email, and use them only to reply to you.
How we use it
To run the monitoring service, send you alerts and account emails, and handle billing. We do not sell your data.
Service providers
We use these companies to run SurelyUp. They process data only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security terms.
- Google Cloud: hosts the SurelyUp app and its database on servers in the United States. This is where your account, websites and check results are stored. Privacy notice
- Cloudflare: runs our domain, hosts this website and its forms, and carries the secure connection to the app. It handles your IP address and browser details as requests pass through. Privacy policy
- Resend: sends our alert and account emails, and delivers the messages you send through our website forms. It handles your email address and the content of those emails. Privacy policy
- Paddle: our reseller and merchant of record. It runs checkout, takes payments, handles sales tax and refunds, and sends invoices. It collects your payment details, name, email and billing address directly; we never see your full card details. Privacy policy
Google Cloud, Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States and Paddle in the United Kingdom, so your data may be stored and processed in those countries.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from the Account page at any time once any subscription is cancelled. This permanently removes your account, websites and check history. You can also email support@surelyup.com to request deletion.
